Arquette Sibs to Work Together on MediumThursday, February 15, 2007—Soon it will be “payback time” for actor David Arquette, who is slated to direct an episode of the NBC paranormal crime drama Medium, which stars none other than his big sister Patricia Arquette. Why payback time? Patricia told Associated Press that she “was always a bossy little girl and being David’s older sister, [she has] bossed him around quite a bit.” She also went on to say she was looking forward to working with her brother, who also expressed his excitement about the chance to work together on this “amazing series.” “I think it will be really interesting being directed by David because he knows me so well and I feel so safe with him,” Patricia told AP. Miguel Sandoval, who co-stars with Patricia on Medium, is also set to direct an episode sometime soon. David Arquette, 35, is married to Courteney Cox, whose alter ego is Monica Geller from Friends and who currently headlines the new T.V. series Dirt. Arquette now stars in ABC’s In Case of Emergency—alongside Jonathan Silverman, Lori Loughlin, Greg Germann, and Kelly Hu—as Jason Ventress, and recently directed his first feature film, The Tripper, a horror flick about a serial killer obsessed with Ronald Reagan. —CL
