Thursday, July 12, 2007—Wedding bells for Charlie Sheen… again.

That’s right; the almost-42-year-old Two and a Half Men star is engaged again, this time to real-estate investor Brooke Mueller, his girlfriend of one year. He reportedly proposed to Mueller (29) on a beach in Costa Rica, complete with a $500,000 rock. Nice.

This will be Sheen’s third time tying the knot: The actor was first married to Donna Peele from 1995 to 1996 (a fairly average length for marriage in Hollywood), and then to actress Denise Richards, whom he officially divorced just last November after a whopping three years of marriage, and with whom he has two little girls: Sam (3) and Lola (2).

Richards, however, has not been so lucky-in-love since her much-publicized split with Charlie (kinda Jennifer since her split from Brad). Just this past spring, Richards broke up with boyfriend Richie Sambora (although reportedly on good terms), who was previously married to Heather Locklear, Sheen’s co-star on Spin City.

According to PEOPLE, there are no hard feelings: Denise Richards is “extending her best wishes” to her ex-hubby on his latest engagement.

And although she went on to deny rumors that she hired a matchmaker, she added, “But that’s a great idea; maybe I should!”

Yes, Denise, maybe you should…and maybe you should take Jen with you!
