Brandi Brandt Biography 

This sexy Californian graced the pages of iconic magazine Playboy for over a decade. The former playmate also has a number of on-screen appearances under her belt, and was married for some time to bad boy rocker Nikki Sixx.

Brandi Brandt was born on November 2, 1968, in Santa Clara, California. In October of 1987, she was chosen as Playboy’s Playmate of the Month. Since that time, her face (and body) have frequently appeared in the magazine. Brandt has been featured in several of the magazine’s special editions, including many of the annual Playboy’s Book of Lingerie, Playboy’s Wet and Wild Women, and Playboy’s Bathing Beauties. In the March issue of 1990, Brandt appeared on the cover with business mogul turned reality television show star Donald Trump.

Brandi successfully used her status as sex symbol to secure several acting credits. She had an un-credited role in the 1987 romantic teen flick Can’t Buy Me Love, which starred Patrick Dempsey and Courtney Gains. Her appearance as a playmate on the crude and crass series Married with Children, starring Christina Applegate as the dim-witted daughter and Ed O’Neill as Al Bundy, probably wasn’t too much of a challenge for Brandi, but it at least brought her attention. She had a small part in Wedding Band, featuring Pauly Shore and Fran Drescher. The 2001 flick Ticker, with high profile actors like Steven Seagal, Dennis Hopper, and Jaime Pressly, included an appearance by Brandi as a cocktail waitress. Unfortunately for the sex kitten, she never won a substantial role in any films, and has not made any on-screen appearances for several years.

Brandi’s love life has probably brought her as much attention as her modeling career. On May 20, 1989, she married Nikki Sixx, the bassist for hard rock band Motley Crue, whose other members include Tommy Lee, Mick Mars, and Vince Neil. They had three children during their marriage, but theirs was anything but a fairytale relationship. They divorced in 1996, and almost immediately after their divorce, Nikki married another playmate. This time is was Donna D’Errico who also starred on the popular series Baywatch. It seems as though one playmate just wasn’t enough for the bad boy rocker, and because of the timing, it would not be unreasonable to assume he was indeed unfaithful to Brandt. Their divorce was anything but amicable, and Brandi attempted to sue her former husband for ten million dollars, claiming he neglected and abandoned his family. These claims were disputed by Nikki, who willingly gave the house and car to Brandi, but the details of the settlement were not made public.

Just what the future holds for Brandi Brandt is uncertain, as her modeling and acting career seem to be at a standstill. However, many adoring men worldwide continue to be die-hard fans of the 1987 Playmate of the Month.
