After hosting the 2000 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit event with Damon Wayans, Warren’s screen presence became noticed around Hollywood, and she was subsequently cast in such films as 2001's Driven with Sylvester Stallone; and Planet of the Apes in 2003, with Mark Wahlberg, Helena Bonham Carter, Michael Clarke Duncan, Paul Giamatti, and Kris Kristofferson. Warren is expected to appear in the 2008 thriller, Irreversi, about a married couple who experience the effects of a financial windfall.
On the small screen, Warren has appeared on That '70s Show with Mila Kunis, Danny Masterson, Wilmer Valderrama, Ashton Kutcher, and Topher Grace; as well as Law & Order, and its spin-off show, Special Victims Unit. Warren has also appeared on an episode of Ghost Whisperer with Jennifer Love-Hewitt.

In 2006, Warren was featured in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition, romping on the beach with fellow models Laetitia Casta, Carré Otis, and Heidi Klum. Also that year, Warren was featured in the video for the song "Afterglow" on INXS’s comeback album.
