The new girl set to make James Bond, Daniel Craig, shaken and stirred in the Bond movie Quantum Solace released in November 2008.

Olga Kurylenko was born on November 4^th 1979 in Berdyansk, Ukraine.

Olga’s entertainment career began in her home country at the age of fifteen when she began modeling after being discovered by a fashion scout while she was holidaying in Moscow.

The first time the beautiful Ukrainian took to the big screen was in a French movie L’Annulaire for which she received the Best Actress Certificate of Excellence at the Brooklyn International Film Festival in 2005. She also starred in the Paris, je t'aime segment Quartier de la Madeleine opposite Elijah Wood, the young American star known for his role as heroic hobbit Frodo Baggins in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy.

Olga first made an appearance in the USA when she featured in the Hitman in 2007 alongside Timothy Oliphant.

However, Olga’s greatest role was yet to transpire in the shape of the 2008 Bond girl in the 22^nd movie in the James Bond secret agent series, Quantum Solace which sees her starring with British actors Daniel Craig and Judi Dench in the follow on movie from the 21^st Bond movie, Casino Royale.

Olga will play Camille, Bond’s latest sidekick and has been labeled the “perfect Bond girl” and a “fantastic choice for 007″. Though Gemma Arterton will still be a part of the film, Olga will be the true Bond girl. As Camille, she challenged Bond and helped him come to terms with the emotional consequences of Vesper’s betrayal in Casino Royale.

In an interview with FHM magazine in October 2006’s issue where Olga appeared in a 6 page spread, she remarked, “Taking my bra off in a movie has never been a problem for me. As long as it makes the film more enjoyable to watch.”

Olga is fluent in Ukranian and French and is quickly becoming so in English and during her career she has appeared in commercials for Bebe, Bisou Bisou, and Just Cavalli, among others.
