Rick Salomon Biography

American B-lister Rick Salomon repeatedly finds himself in the news but not for his own professional endeavors. A celebrity by association, Salomon is noted for his marriages and sexual trysts with several notable Hollywood starlets, actresses, and models.

Richard “Rick” Salomon was born January 24, 1968 in Neptune, New Jersey. He was subsequently raised in Wayside, New Jersey. Salomon’s father was at one time the executive vice president of Warner Bros.

Consistently in the news for little else than his romantic relationships and mishaps, Salomon was first linked to actress and supermodel Devon Aoki. Aoki is sometimes referred to as the world’s shortest supermodel, standing at just five feet, five inches.

Next, he followed in a similar pattern when he was said to date actress and sometimes model Rachel Sterling. Around this time, he was also linked to former wild child Drew Barrymore.

By 1995, however, Salomon was ready to “settle down.” To that end, he married Elizabeth Daily on July 4, 1995. They had two children, Hunter and Tyson, before divorcing in 2000.

(The divorce may have had something to do with his relationship with Nicole Lenz, which was rumored to start around 1999 and continue into 2000.)

But it was his next marriage that really thrust him into the limelight. Marrying troubled TV star Shannen Doherty on January 25, 2002, they annulled the rocky and tumultuous marriage by 2003.

Proving a big year for Salomon, this was right around the time a sex tape was leaked of him and party socialite Paris Hilton. Although Salomon filed a law suit to stop the distribution of the tape, he eventually took over distribution through his adult film company Red Light District Video.

Entitled 1 Night in Paris, the tape sold in record numbers. Hilton also filed lawsuits to stop the tape but ended up with only a cut of the royalties.

After another reported relationship with Stefani Morgan, Salomon shocked the dating world once again by marrying Playboy playmate Pamela Anderson. They tied the knot on October 6, 2007, and by March 24, 2008, they too were annulled.

Anderson let the engagement slip on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, but she did not reveal that Salomon was the man of interest.

Prior to the annulment, Anderson made a statement that the two were attempting to reconcile. The attempt was short-lived, however, as a few months later, she was filing for the end of the marriage by reason of fraud.

There was also a rumor circulating that Anderson was pregnant with his child, but both camps denied this claim.

Shortly after Anderson’s annulment papers went through, Salomon filed similar papers also citing fraud as the reason for the dissolution of the marriage. Neither one has elaborated to the press what exactly constitutes the parameters of the alleged marital fraud.
