Will Natalie Portman Be Just a Figment Of Our Imaginations?

If you’re a fan of the normally ‘lily white’ Natalie Portman and have longed to see more of her, then her latest movie will be just up your street.

The normally modest, Israeli born 28 year old is due to make a less than modest appearance in her latest movie, Black Swan. And not only is Natalie about to bare all, she’s about to bare all in a lesbian scene along with yet another beauty, Mila Kunis, with a little ‘girl on girl’ action!

In an interview with V Magazine, the star of The Other Boleyn Girl, tells her panting audience, "It's not raunchy, it's extreme,’ in reply to the rumours that the scene is a ‘rape’ and is cold and off putting.

The supernatural movie, which will begin shooting in New York city before the end of 2009, sees Natalie in the role of a ballerina who is a direct rival of Mila, the wife of Macaulay Culkin, as each dancer appears to be just a figment of the other’s imagination.

Yet another reason for putting the release date of this movie in your diary is that it also stars Winona Ryder, who seems to have been in the movie ‘desert’ since her shop lifting court case of 2004, where charges were reduced from felonies to misdemeanors, but now she’s set to one again become a part of the A List brigade once again.

How Does Sarah Ferguson Stack up Against Barbie At 50?

What do the following stars and celebrities have in common?

They all turned 50 this month, but as far as wear and tear goes, they couldn’t vary more! Along with Barbie and the Mini Cooper, these five celebs have reached their half century this year, some are showing signs of rust and metal fatigue but most are up there with Barbie, born in March 1959!

Take Marie Osmond for example. Born on October 13 1959, mother of eight children (5 adopted), business woman, singer, dancer and children’s activist, she has combined a full, and sometimes troubled life, with keeping fit, remaining slim and generally looking years younger than her half century would suggest.

Then there’s Mr Nasty, Simon Cowell. If the good die young, Simon should be with us for at least another 50 years, based on his venomous attacks as a judge on both American Idol and X Factor. Having celebrated his 50th birthday on October 9th, with a rawcuss birthday bash that on all accounts resembled the bar scene from Star Wars, Cowell still manages to maintain his youthful, cheeky boy appearance that totally belies his actual age.

And speaking of venom spitting celebrities, another lady reaching her 50th this month is the vixen of TV, American born courtside commentator, Nancy Grace.

Known for her no frills, ‘tell it as you see it’, approach to criminals, crime and interviews, in her work as a prosecutor Nancy mainly focused on serial murders, serial rapes, child molestation and arson and achieved a one hundred percent success rate in her convictions.

Being the mother of fraternal twins, Lucy and John, on November 4, 2007, certainly hasn’t taken its toll on Nancy and her beauty regime and constant ability to look fresh faced on her primetime, CNN Headline News Program!

However, there are those who have not fared so well in their 50 years on this earth, at least in the looks department. Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse reaches his mile stone birthday today, October 15th. The portly chef could well be accused of eating all the pies, cookies, soufflés, profiteroles and Cajun and Creole dishes in his kitchen and although he takes great pride in his culinary skills, his appearance leaves a lot to be desired.

But the one lady who has perhaps lead the most charmed life of all the celebrities who have reached the big 50 this month is the one who has definitely come out looking the worse for wear.

The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, celebrates her 50th birthday today and has been a member of the British Royal family, and the daughter in law of Queen Elizabeth II, since 1986 during which time she has battled with press intrusion, her weight and more failures in the business world than Bernie Madoff.

The mother of two princesses, Eugenie and Beatrice, Sarah has probably had more opportunities to utilize her position and visit stylists, beauty and hair salons and spas than any other celebrity reaching 50 this year, but it seems evident from recent photographs of the ex wife of Prince Andrew, which see her resembling a sack of spuds tied in the middle, that she has avoided those emporiums more vehemently than she has avoided her ex mother in law, The Queen!

Hugh Hefner Breeds a Real Vixen!

One of Hugh Hefner’s former Playboy magazine models who graced the cover of his iconic magazine in 2006 posing as voluptuous vixen was caught up in a real live fox fight two years ago in her home country, England.

The Playboy cover girl, Louise Glover, who graced the front of Hef’s Vixens magazine came out fighting like a real vixen when a night club reveler made a pass at her husband which incensed Glover so much that she perused the night clubbing young lady and launched a full scale attack that left her victim covered in blood.

The attack landed Louise in a court in Hove, East Sussex UK, accused by her victim of having pulled the girl’s hair out and punching her in the face.

Louise’s 23 year old victim told the court, ‘She punched me in the face. I was on the floor and she picked me up by the hair and did it again. There was blood everywhere. Then she tried to put my head in the toilet. I walked out and everybody was screaming. Most of my hair was gone. My nose was on the other side of my face. I looked like I had tomato ketchup all over me."

However, following a legal dispute the jury was discharged and Louise, 26, will now reappear before the court on December 14 2009 where she will state she acted in self defense.

Fergie Sued For Plaigiarism

The Big Girls Don’t Cry singer, Fergie and fellow Black Eyed Pease band member Will.I. Am are facing a copyright infringement lawsuit over one of Fergie’s songs from her latest solo album The Duchess.

The Northern California-based, nine-piece collective who’s music is reggae infused with elements of jazz and funk are suing for allegedly ripping off their song, stating that Voodoo Doll, co-written by Fergie and will.i.am, is "substantially and strikingly similar" to Waterfall, from Groundation’s album "Each One Teach One."

But Fergie isn’t the first singer to be hit with such a suit. Former Beatle guitarist, George Harrison spent years battling a legal suit relating to his hit, My Sweet Lord, which the Chiffons insisted he had plagiarized from their 1963 hit, He’s So Fine. The case continued almost up until the time Harrison died of cancer.

Coldplay’s lead singer and husband of Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin, came under fire this year over claims that he plagiarized the work of Cat Stevens, now known as Yusuf Islam, after he claimed that Foreigner Suite is behind the band's recent hit, Viva La Vida.

Avril Lavigne has also been accused of plagiarism on two separate occasions with the same song, her single, Girlfriend, was cited as sounding too similar to Tony Basil's Mickey, and again the song Girlfriend was sued for a plagiarism by songwriters, The Rubinoos" who’s 'catchy little single I Wanna be Your Boyfriend released in 1979 was thought to have been ripped off by Lavigne for her lyrics in the song Girlfriend when she used the line, "Hey hey you, I wanna be your girlfriend" while in The Rubinoos the lyric went, "Hey hey you, I want to be your boyfriend".

The case against Fergie continues.
